Above: A look at where we’re at.
Below: Between the last episode and this one, I dealt with the detailing of this area. If you remember, the space between these apartment complexes was very ugly with intense slopes in the terrain. I was able to make it appear as though the apartments on the lower level are built into the hill a little bit, and built a small park between the two levels.
Above: This is the stone spa, suggested by Keelan Case for the property we have available for development, but the building did not fit properly in that space. Since I liked the building itself, I decided to place it in a different part of town.
Below: This is another asset recommended for the property we have available. This is the Dubai Opera Shops, recommended by KodeFour. I decided there was a better use for the asset as a mall near the ferry terminal area.
Above: Overall the main town is starting to really fill in nicely.
